This pan makes an outstanding "full length" loaf of bread for me. The non-stick surface releases very easily without spraying and cooking is even. It took me a few loaves to dial in the cooking time for perfection, which is about 35 minutes at 350-degrees (about 10 minutes longer). I'm quite glad I got it and use it several times a week!
